My assigned driver, Zaldi, truly made the trip special. He is very friendly, courteous, kind and always quick to respond. His driving skills are excellent, and I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout the journey. I had requested and was provided with a Toyota Innova Crysta/Reborn, which was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for long sightseeing days.

Zaldi went above and beyond by giving helpful local tips, assisting with ticket purchases, and making sure everything ran smoothly. I often shared lunch with him when possible, and when our schedules didn’t match due to sightseeing, I happily gave him extra money for lunch — he was always polite and appreciative.

Overall, I absolutely loved Bali tourism this time, and a big reason for that was the outstanding service, comfort, and hospitality provided by Yastika and Zaldi.
